This was tough stuff. Some records, but not all, were updated so that there wouldn't be ties between the highest ranked and the lowest ranked teams per region.

Outstanding, SouthernSportsFan impressive work and much appreciated....That will take some time, for analysis and comparison. I have no intention of these comparisons, being "this team, or that team"...but rather a comparison of the Regions, against another. Granted, some have more tougher opponents, schedules, stronger, etc....but often times not have a balanced Region.

The most pts scored is in the 13th Region and is "Most Pts Scored", a reflection of offensive efficiency, defensive inability or a combination of both. Same question could be asked, of "Most Pts Allowed" by Region 14.

I think the stats for the 13th region just reflect that they have both more wins and losses than any other region, and they're not even the largest region. You'll also notice that the 13th lead in neither avg. points scored or allowed.

 

The 13th has played 433 games. Thats 34 more than the next closest region (Region 5).

Very good and point. The total number of games played, exceeds other Regions by a considerable margin, at first glance.

Russell has 21 wins iin the 16th region. They are 21-4.
