Still 5-1 Jays with 1 out in the bottom of the 6th inning.

Vlad Jr goes deep.   6 - 2 Toronto in the top of the 7th.

8 - 2 Jays headed into the bottom of the 8th.

Toronto ties the series at 2 games a piece with an 8 - 2 win over Seattle.

Honestly I want to root for the Mariners, but I have so much more faith in the Blue Jays to stop the Dodgers.

2 - 1 Bluejays headed into the home half of the 6th.

 2 - 2 Toronto in the bottom on the 8th after a Cal Raleigh HR.

Jays may have lost George Springer.  Took a fastball directly off the knee.  Hit so hard that it registered as a batted ball on stat cast.   55 MPH exit velo.

Now 6 - 2 Mariners as ex Red Eugenio Suarez hits a Grad Slam.  Only 1 out in the home 8th.

Seattle takes game 5, 6 - 2.  Back to Toronto for game 6.   Seattle is one win away from their first trip to the World Series.

In the NLCS, game 4, LA leads 3 - 0 in the bottom of the second.

Dodgers completed the sweep in the NLCS, 5 - 1. (I fell asleep before I could post.)

Shohei Ohtani was Mr. Everything in the single greatest performance in MLB postseason history. 3 home runs at the plate and on the mound he struck out 10 in six scoreless innings.

Shohei is the GOAT and I don’t really think it’s even debatable at this point. And he’s still very much in his prime.
