? ? | Final at Park Hills per the update thread. Blue Colonels blitzed to a 21-0 lead in the game's first three minutes.

That seems like one of the fastest games ever. Congrats to the Blue Colonels.

Was over in about hour and half.  That's a youth game.  I feel like I need a refund since I missed an hour or more of football lol.

As I said in the Dixie thread earlier this year, this is a 3 win team.  Hopefully, they beat Henry Clay, Scott, and Boone County.

- Needless to say, Dixie is not a good team. Feel bad for Mason Fields. Talented player.

- Eddie setting up his quarters
beater for the big TD was sweet. Outside of game management and team discipline, downfield designed shots are his best trait as a coach.

- Cov Cath bumped down Owen Pitzer from off ball linebacker to edge. With his bulk, athleticism and ankle flexibility, I think that’s his college position .

- A passing game going to Brandon Smith, Mac Cogswell and the tight ends should be very, very good in 26.

Those last 2 bolded points cannot be over stated enough…..that change on D is going to wreak havoc and the passing game for the next 2 years with Courtney at the helm will be a nightmare to defend……well said here

Colonels have a shot to win 4A this year and then turn around and be just as strong again next year, though different.

I think Dylan Courtney is about 15 pounds of muscle and working with a private QB coach (I’d find whoever Estep from Elder works with) away from really blowing up. Live arm, really athletic and nowhere near physically developed and not over-coached like many young QBs.

Also receiver group next year will likely be:

- FBS (Smith), NAIA/D2 (Cogswell) at receiver

- FBS, FBS, FCS (Cash Myers) at TE

I know the SK and Dixie games are good for our rpi but they sure aren't accomplishing much towards making our team any better.

? ? Frosh match-up is slated for Thursday 10/23 at Dixie Heights.

Brandon Smith is a heck of a player for a Freshman.
