Defense stood up on the goal line! I’ve been impressed with OHS in both scrimmages. Keep working coaches and players!!

The James Green stream is video only. No Audio. Looking forward to watching this one.  Once OHS worked some early kinks out last week, their offense looked impressive.  The OL needs a lot of work

  • Pretty quality scrimmage in my eyes. Owensboro has a nice crop of athletes and SW’s physicality is apparent.

  • Owensboro looked good. South defense looked good too. South offense need to make QB  decisions soon or it's going to be a long start to the season.

7-7

Halftime.

Pretty evenly matched - tale of 2 quarters.  Both teams would benefit offensively if it wasn’t 2 hand touch on the QB.  Both teams a lot of speed on defense.  Good scrimmage and practice for both!

I I don’t understand the special team is if it’s 2 hand touch - that defeats the purpose.

Defense is pretty solid although we have at least 2 really good players out on that side - Conrad is a monster OLB and Green at SS - I think maybe a corner too, but I haven’t got all the numbers down yet.

Yes! I figured we’d score bringing back what we did on offense. I was concerned about the defense but they have looked really good so far. Just got to get healthy and stay healthy and we’ll be pretty good.

South Warrens defense will make them competitive in 6A.

Other than a strange first drive where the Red Devils marched down the field I thought the Spartans defense looked about how I assumed they would. The offense, I’m not so sure. Which I should’ve known a team who is undecided with what Quarterback to play a week before their first game would be anything other than shaky. After a few drives a piece I thought both of them looked underwhelming, though when you’re splitting reps that tends to happen. They better hurry up and pick one or the other or they’ll start off their 6A journey rough, I’d go with Page personally, looked to be more comfortable and showed better command of the offense at the LOS.

Page has to be QB 1 based off today.

It is a little weird.  I guess they are trying to make it as realistic as possible while also being non-contact.

Varsity plays one more series I believe here then JV and beyond.

King DILLARDD!!!

Varsity is through now

SW held, still 7-7 in the third, SW ball on their own 15.
