Highlands Freshman will Scrimmage Ryle's Freshman at the same time(6:00 p.m.) on the back Grass Practice Field by Gray Middle. Their Scrimmage will be a 10/10 format with no Live QB's as well.

I think a scrimmage with an actual opponent is far more beneficial than an intersquad scrimmage, but I don't make the rules.

Best of both worlds. Live scrimmages vs. Male and Ryle and have the Blue/White event for the entire city of Fort Thomas to checkout the program the Friday before the season. On Friday 8/15, all Highlands teams from 7th grade through Varsity will scrimmage, there will also be the 2025 Highlands Hall of Fame inductions and Senior Night. It has been a great evening the last 4 years.

Oh I'm sure it's a good time. I just wouldn't alter the "normal" time line for games/scrimmages to accommodate it. Just a matter of preference. 

Also three "games" in seven days is asking for trouble.

I hear what you are saying Deuce but in this case I lean what FTLT is telling us about Highlands.

Just so everyone knows, this is not a scrimmage in the context most people think.  As already mentioned, QB is not live.  I have always understood this scrimmage as a situational type.  Both teams working on things much like a joint practice.  In fact, the entire Northern Kentucky Officials Association will be doing training at this event.
