Beechwood 9/22 from deep. Newport 0/4. I believe that's what the broadcast crew said.

Major upset by the Tigers. The 9th region tourney is going to be a dandy.

If so that would be the most people listening/watching anything ever.  It is a rare bird when anyone gets 2000 listeners/watchers.   With that said, I hope it is true, Beechwood does a great job with their broadcasts.

I don’t think it was an upset. Beechwood has been playing very well and I think the 9th region has underplayed the loss of Kinney(?) at Newport. In my opinion Rondon is a good player but not a game changer. We saw him in the regional 2 years in a row get his cage rattled, albeit last year with an injury.

Would that person happen to be affiliated with Newport? ? 

To be honest, Newport just doesn't look very good to me. They look like an average basketball team. Maybe Rondon getting his legs back under him will help but I don't consider them a threat to win the 9th right now.

A shot clock wouldn’t be an issue with a score like that. 

I don't follow basketball like I used to but how did Newport lose to Beechwood?
