I don’t know what it looks like on tv, but in person these refs seems kind of lost. I been at all the games this weekend, and this crew looks lost on what they want to call on some penalties and takes them awhile to figure it out. 
 

As for this game, if Cooper can score care to make it a one possession game they are right back in it. However, they have to score here. 

No disrespect to Cooper whatsoever, but the difference at the lines of scrimmage aren’t close. Bowling Green’s far better and stronger at the LOS.
