Beechwood 7 Owensboro Catholic 0

14 seconds left in the 1st quarter.

Atwell looks a little stiff running to me.  I don't know if that is normal or maybe he is hurting a little.

End of the first quarter.

Beechwood 7 Owensboro Catholic 0

The Aces are living in the soft part of the Beechwood zone in the middle of the field.  OC on the Beechwood 44.  Make it the 39.

Interception Erdman!  Beechwood in scoring position.

It went off the OC WR's hands.  Erdman got body slammed at the end.  I could see this game getting ugly because the refs are letting them scrap.

Flaherty to the 2.

Never looked at the ball, face guarded, and ran into the WR.  That is a penalty every time in the Pros but maybe these refs are going to eat their whistles in this game.

Thankfully not our NKOA guys on the game! ?

TD Flaherty, powered it in right up the gut. Very impressive win.

Interception not Atwell’s fault - right to Maddox and he whiffed it or bobbled and went to Beechies.

When you can kickoff into the end zone and make a team go 80 yards in HS that's a lot to overcome.

14-0 Tigers with 940 left in the half.

OC needs to do something on this drive.

I agree, not Atwell's fault but his passes have a lot of zip on them and it is cold.  Tough one but I agree, not Atwell's fault.

This play by play guy can't see either, seriously, the KHSAA need to take a look at these broadcasts.

Atwell may be hurt.

Atwell was hit as he released the ball, he got up, now he has to punt and Beechwood has a chance to knock the Aces out.
