Ludlow rebounded nicely after taking a thumping in the last regular season game against Paris. Ludlow beat Dayton 55-9 this past week. Newport beat Covington Holy Cross again in back to back weeks. Last week they beat them 37-0, while this past week beating them 35-0.  Newport and Ludlow played earlier in the year with Newport coming out on top 32-30. Last year in the playoffs Ludlow won this matchup avenging the regular season loss. Does Ludlow do that again?

Who wins this matchup? Does Ludlow knock Newport out of the playoffs in back to back seasons? Does Newport make it two in a row over Newport for 2024?

    I think this could go either way and will likely be close like the last game. I like Newport’s chances of winning again. 

    I think the Panthers win this one in another close game 21-14.
