GRC comes into this one 4-5, the latest a 35-0 defeat at the hands of Douglass. GRC hasn't had a lot of consistency on the season, but they do have two wins that would lead you to believe they can compete in this game if they show up ready to play. An 8 point win at Belfry, and a 12 point win at Madison Central would lead me to think they can hang in this game, as long as they show up ready to go.

Franklin comes into this one off a 59-0 win over TWSFT (I think that's what they call Hills?!). They outgained the Wolverines 337 to 33. Franklin looks to cap off back to back perfect regular seasons. More importantly, what a win here for the Flyers would do would give them that 6A multiplier for RPI and likely catapult them over Tilghman for the 1 seed in the 4A RPI.

Can GRC hang around long enough to make this interesting? Does Franklin score early and often and run away with it?

The Flyers put yet another lower class loss on a 6A team.

Show up ready to go is the key.  I see something like a 35-17 Flyers win.

I think Franklin wins this one very easily.

GRC will be no match for this Flyers program! Flyers will out muscle yet another opponent!

Flyers roll over GRC, the dominant run game will be too much. Belfry ran for north of 300 yards in a loss to the Cardinals early in the season, the Franklin County defense won’t let up more than a few scores.

Franklin County 35 GRC 14

FC 28

GRC 7

End of 1st Quarter
