Shannon “Beanie” Bishop Jr is a by-product of the city of Louisville Kentucky, where he’d graduate from Pleasure Ridge high school. He’d go on to play college ball at Western Kentucky, Minnesota, and West Virginia.

In college he would become All conference USA in 2021, All conference Big-12, but most importantly 2nd team All-American. He would come into the league as an undrafted FA, and get picked up by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

This past Sunday night against the New York Jets Beanie, did what very few have ever been able to do. He picked of a ?, #AaronRodgers not once, but twice in the same game. 

This man just out here living his truth, living his dreams, and making that 502 proud, hats off to you Young-Man!
