============

Great game for both teams!  Good job both schools.

Happy for both teams but especially Pikeville because their success plus isolation makes scheduling difficult. I’m sure GRC head coach Joe Chirico, who used to coach at Paintsville, can certainly understand their situation.

Glad Coach Cherico agreed to travel to Pikeville for this one. First class Coach and team. GRC got by Belfry 43-35 at Belfry in the PCB back in August. Wishing the Panthers the best of luck.

I agree, Coach Chirico and the GRC powers that be both deserve a lot of credit for stepping up and advocating for children.  Pikeville too, there is plenty of love to go around.

Will there be video of this game?

I was told that Mountain Top Sports of Pikeville will broadcast the game. Don't have a link just yet. When/if I get the link I'll be glad to share.

This could be a battle.

It is a testament to both for sure.  Scheduling is tough enough, last minute scheduling is near impossible.  There are too many boxes to check for each school.  Chirico and McNamee are both top notch men and coaches.  Glad this one worked out.

Kickoff in 5 minutes. I’ll update when I can.
