I wonder how many tickets they will sell for this? There's a lot of room at St. X.

Stadium listed as holding 6,000 but I know they've had more than that with standing room only. It's supposed to rain during game so that may keep attendance down plus also have Louisville vs. Notre Dame game to compete with.

And the fact that you have to have an adult if you are not a T or X student will keep attendance down some. Won't have all the kids from other schools, including all the girls schols.

Is that same policy at U of L when T and X play there?

Not that I know of.

I will go on record and say it will not sell out.

It would almost be impossible to sell out with the standing room.

Bro. Thomas More Page Stadium is a 6,000 seat stadium....plus there's plenty of standing room on the track, too.

Yep. St. X is big enough to host the game annually IMO.

I would still alternate between the two venues, up the ticket prices, and carry on.

St. X or Trinity is not big enough to handle the size of tailgating for the event which is big. If I remember correctly the attendance was around 16,000 last year.

Tailgating, I definitely agree.

But there have been years were the game could have been held at one of the schools based on the numbers that actually attended the game.

The playoff games have smaller attendance when they play but the regular season games is much bigger unless just bad weather.

No argument from me, I agree when you put it that way.

They should have played tonight.

100% agree. Was no reason to postpone.

We shall see how things go tomorrow. Will be just the third time the Shamrocks and Tigers have met in an on-campus game.

I agree. Going to be same conditions today but with a little less rain. I wonder if they looked at ticket sales and cost of stadium and that was deciding factor. I think they have to sell around 10,000 tickets to break even.
