EXACTLY! I have received warnings instead of tickets more than once in my life. For starters I roll down my window. Yes sir, no sir, apologize, be very courteous and respectful, etc

Courtesy and respect play well no matter what shoes you walk in. Unfortunately, you may need to show even more respect and courtesy than I do. But I highly recommend to everyone that courtesy and respect are the better choice than disrespect.

I am 100% confident that we would never know Hill was even pulled over if he showed courtesy and respect.
