Some very difficult and sad news out of John Hardin this morning that goes way beyond wins and losses. I'll update a little later once more information is public, but the coaching staff, players, parents of players and administration could certainly use your prayers. 

Newspaper in Etown has posted on their twitter account. Head coach Austin Jones passed away overnight.

So sad, Austin was a great guy, certainly be in prayer for his family, the team and all of John Hardin school.  Today we are all bulldogs! 

 

He looked to be pretty young.  That so tragic.

Early 40s (41-42) I believe. 

He was 41. This has shaken up the program and really the entire school today as it was very unexpected. He was also a Special Education teacher at JHHS. Sad day. Saying my prayers for everyone affected by this.
