The Browns are locked in as the 5 seed no matter if they win or lose. So they won’t be playing many starters at all. 
 

With that said I hope the Bengals don’t play many of their top guys either. No reason for a Chase, Higgins, Hendrickson, etc to possibly get a long term injury in a meaningless game.

Hendrickson is tied for the league lead in sacks. I'd like to give him a chance to grab that honor. He's among the most underrated players in the NFL and should be getting more hype for DPOY.

Watt got two sacks today, so Hendrickson needs a big game to overtake him.

The Bengals won 31-14 in a game where the Browns were locked into the 5 seed and played their seconds.  

Also, we upgraded software while the game was being played.
