Steelers 34 Bengals 11

Featured Replies

Final a no show by the defense and 3 Browning turnovers were killers the Bengals were within 50 yards of the Steelers in total offense, but 3 interceptions and 3 horrible 4th down attempts were just too much. The Steelers two highest total yardage games this year have both been against the Bengals pretty much enough said. The Bengals need to win the next two and hope to now make the playoffs.

With the loss we have as of now fallen from the #6 playoff spot down to the #10 slot. They need the Chargers, Brown, and Falcons tonight and tomorrow.

I would rather have higher draft picks and see who can play on my roster than I would win games.

Just an ugly game all around. And Pittsburgh, Rudolph needs to remain your quarterback, maybe over everyone there.

5 games since Pitt fired Canada:

2 against Bengals, 421 and 393, only reason they didn’t go over 400 again they basically quit trying

3 other games:

317, 264 and 256

just pathetic

Mason Rudolph took care of business!

I agree on both counts.

Going into this game to show the importance of today's game was the Bengals before thier 3 game winning streak had a 10% chance to make the playoffs after their 3 straight wins bumped them up to a 38% chance to reach the playoffs.

The reason this loss was so bad for the playoffs is that with a win today their chances of making the playoffs went from 38% up to 61% and with loss it dropped from 38% to 14% so this one game basically dropped them back where they were a month ago. It was a total of 47% difference in a win or loss in this one game. It never changed the Steelers chances much their's only went 9%.

Well that sucked! Defense sucked, offense sucked and only scored 11 points against a defense that was very banged up. Play calling wasn’t good. With all that said I do think the bengals will get the help they need to make the playoffs if they can win the next two. Problem is I don’t know if they can win the next two games.

Bengals are looking at possibly going 0 and 6 in the division this year. Which honestly so far in the division games the opponent has basically controlled the game. For the coaching staff they better take a hard look at how they attack these division games, because right now their division opponents have been figured out. 7 losses and 5 have came in the division.

During the postgame it was said that as of right now, the Bengals have a 15% chance and the Steelers have a 12% chance to make the playoffs.   I was hoping for better three hours ago.   That first INT deep in Steelers territory was a back breaker.
