Beechwood and Highlands.

Highlands? I agree Highlands is the wild card in 5A. They lose basically their whole team but will have very talented younger players coming up. So will depend how quickly they transition to varsity play. Going into next year in regards to 5A from NKY. Cooper has to be the favorite from NKY to make a championship run, since they return most of their whole team.

1A. NCC. Replacing Welch will be tough.

2A. Beechwood coach looking for more money?

3A. Lloyd. Solid.

4A. All CCH in district. Replacing Pitzer, Leen, Rodriguez and Miller is tall ask.  Tough row to hoe in playoffs.

5A will be Cooper then Highlands.  Highlands must replace some talented seniors.

6A will be Ryle.  But playoff road will be littered with better teams than them.

Beechwood coach looking for more money? What is that suppose to mean?

I actually don’t think Cov Cath falls off too much. They’ll be really explosive with Harney and Gasier out of the backfield. But clearly Boyle with Quisenberry is going to be a tall task.

I agree. Why would he take the job at place like Beechwood if that’s the case? I’d imagine he knew what the pay was before he signed on.

Is that a fact or hear say?

I was wondering the same thing.

Pay is an issue at Beechwood.  Yes he may have signed up for it, but maybe the demands of the job once in were more than was expected. Looking to be compensated a bit more.

I hear that, and I’m all for advancing financially when tomorrow isn’t given. How much more does a GCL school pay over Beechwood and does a GCL school demand even more of your time than a small school in KY? Never thought I’d hear Beechwood being used as a stepping stone job.
