Is this Coach Kyra Elzy's last season?

Kentucky sits at 2-4 with 4 straight losses, the last two losses were by a combined margin of 72 points.

Kentucky finished last season 12-19, including 2-14 in SEC play.  The season before that, Kentucky was 19-11 including 8-8 in the SEC, however that team also had WNBA All Star Rhyne Howard on the team.

Elzy, who replaced Matt Mitchell, is yet to have a 20 win season.

 

What's everyone else's thoughts?

I think if not for the miracle run to the SEC Tournament Title, she may already have been gone.

Agreed, and that was with Rhyne Howard.  

Another terrible lose today. I wonder if she survives the season.  Mitchell has said he would consider coaching again if the right opportunity came along. Do they kick the tires on him?  Did the reason for the mass exodus his last two years ever come to light?

 UK needs a change. Her results will put a damper on getting quality recruits. 

Agreed that Elzy is on the way out.  At this point I'd say it's just a matter of when and not if.  

Barring a terminatable offense, Mitch will not fire her in-season over wins and losses. That said, I think her time is up and this will be her last season.

No doubt in my mind 

Another loss like the one against South Carolina she won't survive the season.....or at least she shouldn't.

Just a matter of time I'd say.

No doubt.  I mean South Carolina is REALLY good but they shouldn't be beating another Power 5 conference team by 62.

They average beating everyone by close to 40 points a game. I think I saw it's like 38 points per game so far.

Kentucky's woman's program is the only team in the SEC that currently has a losing record.

The LadyCats have yet to win a true road game this season. 

Caught the tail end of the game against Texas A&M today.  When I turned it on, UK had a slim chance of getting back in it, but that went away quick.   I don't think they quit, but it was kind of looking like they are out of fight.
