ACS started the season 2-0 but have dropped the last 3 against Franklin- Simpson, Glasgow and the overtime loss by 3 this last game to Logan County. 

Tilghman is coming into this one with several guys with injuries, but did get Carter back in the last game against Hopkinsville. 

Can ACS travel to Paducah and keep this one close enough to make it a game or will Tilghman stake claim to finishing the season most likely 1st in the district as ACS, Warren East and Logan are pretty similar teams at this stage of the season. 

The only team that can beat Tilghman in their next 7 games is Tilghman.

Allen is a tough team that will knock your block off but they can’t compete with Tilghman.

I’ll say PT by 21. I’m hoping to go to this game. It just happens to line up with a trip back home from Texas. 

Allen County will be competitive for a little while but PT will hit the gas and roll in this one.

All due respect to ACS, but this one should be running clock by halftime in favor of Paducah Tilghman. 

Always been a big fan of Coach Brad Hood at Allen County, his team will be ready to compete, I just don’t believe the Patriots will have the man power to withhold what the Blue Tornado’s put out on the field Friday night.

In my opinion the Patriots will be 3 seed in District 2, with Logan at 2 and PT at the top. I don’t believe Warren East is even in question to compete for the 2 or 3 seed, they’ll be fighting for their life this Friday night when they host Hopkinsville.

Watching District 1 as we will matchup with someone in 1st round of playoffs. District 1 is a gauntlet man. Between PT, ACS Logan and Warren East you have 4 very solid programs. Not even to mention Hopkinsville in there too. Getting the 1 seed is big for PT because then you will likely have Breck Co over either JH, Bardstown or Nelson. 1st round playoff games going to be really really good I think between these districts. 

@DawgsFan100John Hardin will beat Warren East by 3 or more scores and if the Raiders can beat Hopkinsville this week and lock up the 4 seed we’ll be able to see that matchup. The Raiders are not a good football team this year nor is Hopkinsville. The other 3 you mentioned I’d agree, however I think PT is above ACS and Logan by a nice margin but whoever gets the 2 seed in district 2 will have a tough home playoff game for sure.

I wouldn’t give my Dawgs an automatic 1 seed yet. Bardstown started slow but they played a really tough schedule and Nelson is 4-1 with a good rpi. I think our district is up for anyone 1-3

Last matchup between these 2 was in October of 2008, and ACS actually won that one 28-10.  PT won the previous 3 matchups in 2007, 2002 and 2001.
