January 27, 200719 yr BY FAR is most consistent season as a Cat. If you can't admit that he has impoved... geeez. He has improved alot, it just seems like many times down the stretch against solid teams he kind of disappears. Maybe that is due to the fact he is in foul trouble, or maybe his team is not gettin him the ball enough. Just seems like he disappears TO MUCH in big games at big times...
January 27, 200719 yr What players have developed over the last few years at UK? Morris has shown some improvement against mediocre teams. Crawford is spurtty at times. Who would you think has developed? Apparently you haven't read my posts from page two of this thread. I wasn't taking up for Tubby's recruiting, my post you commented about was in defense of someone asking about Fitch, Hawkins, Bogans, etc. My point was they weren't elite recruits but developed well. I will agree with you that not much development has been going on lately other than maybe Morris and Crawford, but my post was referring to past players who werent as highly touted coming out of high school but developed very nicely. It might help to read my other posts to know what I was talking about before trying to rip me.

Looking back at this past season for Morris against UK's toughest teams and SEC foes... Depaul 20 pts. 9 Rebs., 2 Blk, 32 min. UCLA 11 pts., 4 rebs., 2 blk, 21 min. Memphis 18 pts, 8 rebs, 0 blks, 35 min UNC 23 pts, 7 rebs, 3 blks, 35 min UL 2 pts, 3 rebs, 0 blks, 16 min IU 16 pts, 10 rebs, 4 blks, 37 min Ole Miss 14 pts, 10 rebs, 0 blks, 32 min Auburn 12 pts, 6 rebs, 4 blks, 23 min MIss. St. 17 pts, 6 rebs, 3 blks, 27 min S. Carolina 17 pts, 11 rebs, 3 blks, 28 min Vandy 11 pts, 7 rebs, 2 blks, 31 min UGA 11 pts, 2 rebs, 0 blks, 29 min (OT game) from espn.com's stat page If Randolph is out of trouble (easier said than done), he has pretty darn good numbers. If he gets a couple early fouls then he struggles the rest of the game playing tentatively and can stink it up.
January 27, 200719 yr How did this thread go from someone asking who leads for Patterson, to where we are now. Questioning whether Morris is a good player or not?

January 28, 200719 yr Patterson is attending the Duke - Boston College game today. I think he still plans a visit to WF. I would expect to hear an anouncement soon after.
January 28, 200719 yr Right now he doesn't stand anywhere, he is literally sitting in Cameron Indoor. They haven't really showed their faces up close but it looks like Mayo sitting next to him. Could be wrong though.

Could be wrong though. I think few of the HHS players are at the game. They have a game at Cameron on Tuesday I think. Im not sure if they can see anything though sitting behind Chewbaca.
