I thought Catholic’s second half defense was outstanding. They also did a good job of attacking Moreno and the Great Crossing interior; got some shots blocked but also converted several key buckets down the stretch.

What’s this about?

Crossing returns everyone next season. Probably preseason #1 in the state. 

Crossing went too many possessions without Dawson or Moreno even getting a touch in a row. This time of year knowing and being a star in your role will make or break teams.

Lexington Catholic beat Frederick Douglass by twelve on November 30, the week of the state football championships. It just means not to make much of the only previous meeting between the two schools because Douglass was far from full strength at the time.
