To be fair though. Before Douglass' existence, Lafayette had a strong 3 year run. I don't know if FCPS has ever tried to aggregate talent at any one school as far as I can tell. 

Not sure what the Lafayette run has to do with the funneling of talent thru The Carter G. Academy to Frederick Douglass High School.

Their head ball coach has quite a history as well. Wonder if they disclose that info when they bring in these new kids….

Not to mention, he’s had the most talent since he took over, and has only produced 1 championship.

Looks like the wording has been changed… plus FDHS isn’t the only program that promotes itself.

There's a difference between promoting yourself and taking a shot at other teams, especially ones that are in your school district.
