I wouldn’t put Corbin in that conversation with Boyle and JC. Boyle won back to back. JC won in 2019. Corbins not won it all since 1982.

I remember 1982 well, a fine year for me.  And 40 years, wow!

Corbin may not have won it all but they were in the mix, they might be a step below Boyle and JC, but they are a lot closer than Warren East is.

I hope Warren East keeps it up this year, it's good to see another team from out West being competitive. It certainly makes the playoffs more entertaining when you get to see new teams.

When would they have to see Logan Co in the playoffs?

If they are both 1-seeds they might not face each other. Remember, rounds three and four are reseeded by RPI.

East is 14-21 points better than Logan.

As for Boyle, that’s a stretch but I bet they’d like a shot! ?

Aside from Boyle, I like East against the rest of 4A as a legit competitor to win.

14-21 points is a stretch. Last year Logan had a running clock on East. Also Logan only lost two starters from that team!

I remember when Logan County started winning I drank the cool-aid by the gallons! I have learned when you start playing the teams as I mentioned before. Those programs are made differently.  It takes time to build a program to complete against them.

I won't go as far to say 14-21 points. I won't even say one is forsure going to beat the other if they played. But what I will say, if you put your stock in to what happened against East last year, then well... You will surely be in for an awakening. They are, and look, completely different. At most every position.

We're kind of beating a dead horse here with Logan and East because it's a match-up that is highly unlikely to happen unless MNH beats Logan, or Franklin beats Warren East. I don't see either happening.

Putting it out there now… the Raiders will be playing in late November for a chance at something special!

Warren East is a quality team but I think a region championship would be their ceiling. And there’s nothing wrong with that it’s hard to win region but there’s a very low chance they could win a semi final game with as many tough teams as there are in 4A. But like I said it’s still a great and maybe historic season for East I’m not sure they’ve ever had a undefeated regular season or region championship so they got a chance to do some good things this year.

They had both in 2012. Made state semis and lost to Collins. They won a region title in 2007 as well.

As for this edition, I’m skeptical they can beat Franklin County or Central, but there’s an outside chance they might not see either in the third round.
