    SK travels to Fort Thomas next Friday!

    Nice statement out the gate by the Pioneers!

    SK had 200 yards passing and 198 yards rushing. The defense forced turnovers and made stops. This team is really good!

    That is a big time performance in Week 1. They have my attention. Next week should say a lot for both SK and Highlands.

    Certainly an impressive win. Only caveat is that is the 2020 Oldham County (if that) and not the 2021 Oldham County that the Pioneers played last night. Like many early season wins and losses we will need a couple more weeks to figure out the lay of the land. SK did look very good. Big up front. Went up tempo a lot on offense. Crone is a very good HS QB with this being year 4 as a starter for him.

    He played the first quarter and half of the 2nd quarter. Freshman Tucker Ober took over the rest of the game. Ober could be really good.

    With SK scoring alot one would think Crone would have had more passing yards and TDs. Like to see more of what he can do his senior year. Good luck to SK as the season goes on.

    The post before you says he only played in 2 quarters?

    He only played one full quarter and 4 mins into the 2nd.
