Can the Reds win 2 in a row? Will we see a brawl in this series?

I know it is early and people are still getting ABs and Bell is still maybe trying to figure out a line-up, but WHY do you stick a guy batting .129 in as the DH.   Might as well just bat the pitcher.

Sure makes it easy to not feel guilty about skipping games during the week when their announced attendance is 10,056.

Choices tonight.  The Cyclones are playing a playoff game next door.  I don't think it will happen, but it would be pretty funny if the Cyclones had a larger attendance tonight.

You already know this, but there is no chance there was 10k there either AND that was on a Kid Glove night.  

This is beating a dead horse, but Phil's comments really crushed any chance they had at having any kind of decent average attendance. The arrogant stance he took wouldn't sit well with many fans, but it definitely won't in an area like Cincinnati.

No doubt and that's why I added in "announced" attendance.  If they say 10k, it was probably really more like 6k, maybe.

Yep.  The announced attendance is the number of tickets sold for the game.  Nowhere near that many actually show up.

Read an article yesterday where Reds officials originally told fans over the weekend that if they didn't remove the bags, they'd be ejected.  Wouldn't let fans bring in signs about Bob and selling the team.  I guess they 180'd on that really quick and a VP said fans should have the right to express themselves.

I think we are going to be seeing more and more bags.
