Rob Harris, the Strength & Conditioning Coach, will no longer be with the team.  He was in that role since I believe 2014-2015 season.

Keion has transferred which if he wasn't coming back to UK that was what I expected. I knew he probably wasn't going to the nba this year.

 

Kentucky has room for  4 more if they want to use all scholarships. Only 9 in use right now and that is if toppin return after testing the waters. There would be 8 in use if toppin didn't return and we'd have 5 open.

I like Brooks and wish him the best, but I'm not upset knowing that Toppin is about to get a lot of minutes. I feel, or maybe hope, he's about to take a massive jump in his play this year.

Brooks at Phog Allen this year was fantastic. Wish we saw more of that aggressive Brooks more often.

I like Brooks as well. I hope he does well at his next school. But he had 3 years to improve, and it didn't seem like he improved much from his frosh year to junior year.

Totally agree. Hoping Toppin keeps improving and we forget all about Brooks by December lol

Is that the end? Cal done working on this fall? He only goes to the 10th man in injury situations and likes a 7-8 man rotation so I could see that being it for this class.

I'll be surprised if Cal is done. I think he adds 1 or 2 more. He has room to add 3 more if he wants. What happens if one gets injured in practice then you don't have have enough to go 5 on 5 scholarship players? I'm pretty sure Cal likes to go 5 on 5 scholarship players if he can. You can never have enough depth.
