Ipsaro also was the one responsible for covering Sheppard all night...and Sheppard was assigned to Ipsaro in the second half.

How do you deny Ipsaro the MVP as he deserved it? What rationale was used to not give it to him- his team won and his stat line was 34 PTS and 5 assists. He was the floor general tonight. Reed Shephard is a phenomenal and very unselfish player but tonight belonged to Evan Ipsaro and his CCH Colonels!!!

If we're talking MVP of the TOURNAMENT, I'm sure they're taking into account Sheppard's 45 points against North Oldham, which is a #2 or #3 all-time for points in a single game for the tournament.

Impressive stat line as he was double teamed most of the night. The only negative was the 7 turnovers.

His 34 points in the semis vs. a very good Dorman (SC) team and some nice rebounding stats throughout, ++.

A tourney MVP would have iced the cake, but it's the team's first KOB title and the team is playing well - I like this W a lot. Looking forward to the rematch in Park Hills on Feb. 11.
