Two or three of the Scott penalties have been breaking the Huddle and substituting in formation. Once Delay of game on a punt cause half the punt team wasn’t out on the field. 

 

Rebels had two punt return TD’s called back. Also got an unsportsmanlike when the Scott OL pushed the Boyle Defender n the kid held his hands up to the Ref who was watching called the flag on the Rebel.
