Another excellent drive by the Wildcat defense with a 3 yard pass from Levis to Rigg. The Cats have their first lead at 21-14 with 3:57 left in the first half.

The quick strikes by the Vols may turn out to be devastating to their team given that the defense is getting gassed. 

Tennessee's fast paced offense is putting a hurting on their defense.

Zebras gave them a 15 yard head start on that drive. 

The PI penalty ends up killing the Cats and they allow the Vols to come down to tie it. That could be a huge turning point in this game. I hope not.

Also, it's nice to learn that this is becoming a good rivalry between the two schools. ? Sometimes commentators just suck.

Unbelievable 35 yards in just 16 seconds to take the lead 24-21 at the half. The defense has been terrible when you give up 24 points on only 21 plays and in less than 6 minutes of game time.

Last two minutes. UT executes. UK doesn't. Should be UK up by 2 TD's at half.

If maybe we can get Tennessee to agree to play two hand touch or flag football the 2nd half we might do a little better on defense. So far the Vols are averaging 25.5 yards per play. 

Cats offense with a good drive to begin the 2nd half to take the lead back at 28-24. Then the special team gives up another big return off a short kick.

I have watched football for 50+ years and I don't think I have ever seen a team look this bad on defense or making tackles. The Vols now have scored 31 points on only 24 total plays and 6:39 time of possession. They have 21 of their points in only 1:22.

Well that was a terrible play and now the Vols have 38 points and still have only had the ball for 6:39.
