September 7, 20215 yr I saw where someone bet $10 on an 18 leg parlay. They hit the first 17 coming into tonight. The o/u was 75.5, they had to sweat out that under. Looks like they won almost $80k on it.
September 7, 20215 yr Hard to win when you can’t recruit. It will be an interesting season for Satterfield.

A couple of my buddies who are UL fans are very divided on him. Seems like he is either loved or hated. Curious what your thoughts are...

Curious what your thoughts are... He seems to be a good dude, but I think he may be in over his head. I’m not in anyway trying to act like Louisville is some traditional football power, but it’s not Appalachian State either. He can’t recruit the same caliber of player he did at App State and expect to have success in the ACC. If he were able to get Charlie Strong era talent, he’d do just fine, but this staff has yet to show the ability to go out and get dudes that will consistently compete at this level.

Weird thing is he was heavily interested in the South Carolina job where you have to bring in SEC kids. I don’t think he’s at UL in a few years, sometimes the big fish should stay in the small pond.

If he goes around .500 the next two seasons he'll be here at least five years, and at that point there are no more excuses.
