They're getting pretty lazy over there at WYMT. How can you have an All Mountain Team when you just take a group? I'm sure there were some offensive linemen or a ton of defensive players who deserved to get the nod. This whole as a group stuff is just being LAZY on they're part. WYMT has done a lot for football around here, and they're great at what they do, but they really dropped the ball on this one.

In the past the Mountain Head Coaches were allowed to vote. This year they were not. The entire vote was left up to the WYMT sports. It was better and more fair when the coaches were deciding on the team.

That show just plain stunk. Congrats to the INDUVIDUALS at skill positions that were named, Congrats to the twenty defensive players named. Congrats to every individual named. But to not name players by position on both sides of the ball, especially line where the big offensive plays are made possible by good blocking is a slap in the face. Shame on you WYMT. We waited all week for this show and you gave us that. Pitiful!:madman:

I agree. Brent is a great player, especially on defense. Signing for Auburn and not getting much recognition from WYMT is pitiful. In the past, there was a 1st team defense showing each position. The coaches voted on that. That is the way it should have been this year. I can see an overall offense and defensive line, but there should be individuals mentioned in this group. I do agree that during the season that Rockcaslte had the best offensive line as a group despite their showing at JC.

He was mentioned as a defense player.

A lot of bashing on WYMT.

WLEX, WTVQ, WKYT.... do any of them put together a show like this.... NO, because it's probably too hard!!!
