Of course Ohio State, that made the playoff last year, was better than this Georgia team, regardless of what week they played them.

I still don't think OSU was 42 points better though. Not that it matters, but 42-17 was how it probably should have played out. UC was REALLY bad that day and while a lot of it had to do with OSU just being better, some of it also had to do with uncharacteristic mistakes that had nothing to do with OSU that left a minimum 17 points off the board. Maybe Fick making that comment is just coach speak during a joint presser and similar to Kirby saying UC has the best set of offensive weapons that UGA will see, not named Bama. Or maybe Fick truly believes this year's UGA team at full strength in week 10 is better than week 2 OSU?

He’s not the type to build in a loss in advance, I know him better then that, I’m sure you would agree as one of the top UC fans on this board. That leads me to believe it was lip service, he probably said “you know that OSU team that kicked the crap out of us last year, well this Georgia team is better!” I’m sure he’s telling the guys to be ready, he spent a lot of time around Urban the master mental game player. Georgia is a strong team, I’m somewhat worried about this game for UC, but I hope they surprise everyone. Go Cats!
