Tigers escape on 37 yd hail mary on 4th down. I hate it for Manual but they fought hard.

 

St. X Michael Duddy caught the 37 yd TD pass with 15 seconds left down 6-3.

Coach Wallace says Micah Carter, Kurtis Cotten, and Ben Marks didn’t play tonight on defense  due to injury so Tiger defense really stepped up.

 

What a play! Brings back memories of sitting in the stands in 99 against Hopkinsville with the way the game ended tonight. Great job by the coaches and players to keep playing for the entire 48 minutes. Survive and advance!

Obviously a great play by St. X, but is this a play that Manual can bounce back from as a program? 

I was in Hopkinsville that night as well as many amazing late game wins!

They will still be good but lose a lot but do return Northington to build around. I think I counted 15 juniors on roster so I think they take a step back next year.
