Sounds like a great game!

This is a bad loss. I'm starting to think Clark County was overvalued in the preseason.

    It was! Cooper was winning throughout, but GRC scored late with 3 minutes left to cut it to one. GRC went for two, and Cooper was able to stop them. Then the offense picked up a few first downs to seal it.

    Good win for Cooper! 

    Congratulations to Cooper for getting the W.  They needed something positive to happen.  Hopefully that creates momentum for them going into another big game.

    They certainly looked much better on paper at beginning of season but you just really never know until they lace them up.

    True. And this year could be tougher than any to gauge what is going on behind the scenes at any program. We don't know how much (or effective) practice a team is getting. We don't know if kids are practicing full time. We don't know if there are kids who didn't (or couldn't) play because of Covid, etc. It is a tough year to judge teams.

    That’s definitely true. Have some kids able to lift weights and others not.
