Congratulations Coach Hawkins.

Congrats to Coach Hawkins.

Anyone care to fill us all in on Coach Hawkins previous experience? Unfortunately I've not heard of him before.

He's a Franklin County grad. Started as an assistant coach there, then Ballard, and then started as a head coach at Doss in Louisville. He made some really great progress with the Doss program before he moved to Daviess County to take the job at Apollo.

Announced his resignation at Apollo in order to move closer to home to be near his family, and this job gets him there.

Congrats to Coach Hawkins!! One thing I will say with confidence is that Coach Hawkins will bring the biggest colleges to look at your kids at Station. He does a tremendous job of promoting the kids in the program.

Congrats Coach Hawk!

Congrats @coachhawk!

Really Happy for you! Best of luck at Station! I don't know much about them other than where the High School is and my daughter played lacrosse on your field once! Ha!

I have known Coach Hawk since his Doss days and was always impressed with how he cared for his players and how they played hard for him. To know where Doss came from from the time he got there till the time he left says something. And to beat Highlands in the playoffs (even if they were a little down from previous highs) was impressive too. Congrats!
