Wouldn't the kids that transfer to a Catholic school have a harder time getting back on the field since there really isn't a district boundary? I would think it would be easier to transfer from CovCath to Cooper.

I believe it is both. Apparently a CovCath kid has transferred to Cooper, and I can confirm that Zion Mason is now at CovCath (previously at Cooper).
