It would be interesting to see what points scored and points allowed stats looked like if SK played the easier regular season schedule they have been accustomed to for so many years.

Simon kenton was missing their starting QB or this game would have been A different outcome.

 

QB is a pretty good player, but not 39 points better to have a “different outcome.” Congrats to the seniors on a respectable season.

I don't know whether it would or wouldn't. But in most years I'd say SK can get the W in that game. They had a young team, first time I ever recall them having a freshman QB start. Not one of their better teams but they improved a lot over the course of the season.

 

They were not young. The QB was young but everyone else was all pretty much seniors. They lose a lot on the o line, the running back their top receivers and their best d linemen, linebackers and safety.

We noticed a very drastic difference in speed Tates Creek was so much faster then SK which Kenton usually offsets with their physicality but not this time.

I watched several highlights from the game and the difference in speed was my takeaway too.

I was at the game. SK didn't have the legs to compete. Tates Creek did what they wanted because of SK lack of speed.

We need more speed.
