UK is like a lot of these middle of the road power 5 level programs. Their best seasons happen when they are able to find a few star players to lead the team. They don't have depth of elite talent. When their bet players are injured it hurts them a lot more than the upper level teams. When they aren't able to have a few recruits turn into top tier talent, they are hurt. UK's season this year went down with the injury to Terry Wilson. Without stars to fill the voids of Allen and Snell, they needed Wilson this season. That would move Bowden back to WR and make that group much better. Double hit due to the Wilson injury. If Wilson were QB, UK probably has 2 more wins. The talent ebbs and flows much more at UK and similar schools and that makes the wins ebb and flow.

How is that hedging an answer. It is pretty direct. Once again though you like to make up things to try to fit your agenda. That is your thing on this website, but at least you are consistent with it.
