Per the radio.

Armon Tucker 180 yards rushing, 3 TDs.

Bradley West 170 yards rushing, 1 TD.

BG played better than expected for two and a half quarters before finally wearing down. The BG offense was nearly stagnant all night besides a few plays, all of the points were set up by special teams or the defense. I think that as long as the defense continues to play well like they did for most of the game, BG will be in contention for the 5A championship. Obviously the offense needs to continue to improve.

At the end of the day, T was bigger, faster, and stronger up front on both sides of the ball.

T total offense 482.....BG 104, per Trinity radio.

Time of possession stat? I’m curious.

Sorry, I don't have that stat.

BG’s play calling has got to step up! You have to give those boys a chance to compete! They proved that they can grind with anyone. Not the players fault that the offense was dead. Those coaches MUST take responsibility!

Same thing in the St.X game.

Refs missed about 4 pass interference calls that could have been crucial 1st Downs!

I agree, from what I watched there was a couple plays where the receiver was blatantly pushed down. But regardless the outcome may not have been much different, it still could’ve helped momentum quite a bit so you never know.

How much did Tisdale play on offense? I heard his name called at least once when he was behind the Trinity secondary but the pass was overthrown.

Thanks again to Bowling Green for playing us again. I would love to see other state schools schedule Trinity. Go Rocks!

My feelings exactly. I am impressed by the fact that BG steps up and plays X and T. My respect and hat's off to them.

It seems like in BG’s biggest games this season their offense has been very conservative. Obviously, I don’t know that to be true but in there losses that appears to be a common theme.

Also, I’m pretty sure BG has played either St. X or Trinity every year since 2005. Not a shocker on why they’ve become one of the top programs in the state.

If I'm not mistaken, BG has historically played Trinity very tough.

Correct, although they’ve never actually beaten Trinity. Most of the games have been pretty close.

Yes from 2007-2010 the games were close. 2007 was a great game, I want to say the final score was 34-27. There was a lot of talent playing on that field that night.
