We’re top heavy just like the SEC and the B12 (sort of). It’s pretty much like this every year. There’s only so many 4 and 5 star recruits.

I’m not a Big 10 homer at all. UK is my favorite team, i’ve just become a big Buckeye fan over the years being married to one the last 24 years. I’m just not a SEC bandwagon fan like every other Kentucky fan. I simply call it like I see it. And right now Michigan showing Big 10 is better than you think.

A few weeks ago everyone thought Wisky for real. And a few weeks ago you said Fromm was better than Fields, it’s not even a discussion anymore, not even for all you SEC homers.

 

It is very much a discussion with OSU being a system where all qbs thrive. As we said a couple of weeks ago. Let's revisit this in a few years when they are in the NFL and we will see who the better qb was and is.

Nope... UC had a bye so I watched all of the Ohio St game today. Have watched Michigan multiple times. Same with Wisconsin, Penn State, Iowa, and Michigan State.

 

Ohio State is for real. The rest of the big 10? Yes I think they are overrated (Still torn on Penn State, FWIW).

 

You really think Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and Minnesota are in the same class as LSU, Auburn, Florida, and Georgia?

 

Minnesota is undefeated because they have literally played nobody.

 

Iowa has a decent win over Iowa St but beat Miami (OH) by basically the same score that UC beat them.

 

Michigan struggled to beat a 3-5 Army team and should have lost. They have an opportunity to prove me wrong tonight that they aren't overrated, but I'm not expecting it to happen.

 

Wisconsin lost to an Illinois team that struggled to beat a terrible UCONN team and also lost to Eastern Michigan.

 

Penn State has taken care of business but played nobody out of conference so tough to really know how good they are. I'd say they are the most legit of the bunch but I don't think they are the 6th best team in the country.

 

I'm not saying these are bad teams... I'm saying I don't think they're as good as their ranking says they are.

 

Go watch something other than B10 then get back to me. Both teams in this Auburn-LSU game beat anyone in the Big 10, not named OSU by 10+.

I get tired of hearing people say they haven't played anyone. Despite their showing the last two weeks I believe Wisconsin is still a very good team, as is your UC Bearcats.

Ohio State looks really good but this Wisconsin team was a one trick pony. I wouldn’t get too excited about this dominate win. My opinion is OSU is there with Alabama LSU Auburn Clemson and the other top schools. I think they have a good chance to not get embarrassed in the playoffs and get to the final. All Wisconsin was was a good oline and RB with a shlub at QB. That got exposed by Illinois. Illinois wouldn’t be the best team in the Sun belt. OSU is really good for sure but they’re not above the blue bloods yet.

Last 4 years SEC is 11-6 against Big 10. Last 10 years SEC is 27-16 against Big 10.

Ha, I have them at number 2 in my opinion. I am just not sold on big ten wins that they are the best college football team ever assembled like the posters on here are saying. When they beat an Alabama or an LSU I’ll be convinced that they’re the best. The last big boy game OSU played they got pantsed by Clemson.
