Pirates at Reds (7/29 - 7/31)

Now Winker hit by pitch. Two in one inning. They must have not issued warnings to each team before the game.

Winker HBP, on an 0-2 pitch, with 2 outs and 2 on. Umps made a good call in not making an ejection and/or warning, I think. But Hurdle removing him anyway. Reds have bases loaded, up 3-0.

With Votto up and he pops up.

I agree, but if VanMeter plays second who will be the other outfielder? Will they finally let Ervin start?

I'd like to see the Reds trade Roark or R. Iglesias to the Braves for Johan Camrgo. He is 25, a switch hitter, and can play infield or OF. He had a very nice year last year with the Braves hitting .273 19 HR and 76 RBI, but doesn't have a position this year due to Donaldson at 3B, and the Braves having a surplus of outfielders.

Roark traded to Oakland for a CF that played in the futures game.

Jameson Hannah, 2nd round pick in 2018.

So he replaces Trammell.

Lorenzen playing around and walked Marte to get to Bell. Reds up 4-1. Tying run at the plate.

Castillo walked no one today. Very good outing.

Lorenzen with a highlight catch in right field. Standing O from the Reds bullpen.

First time Reds have won back-to-back-to-back series all year. Good job, MJ!! :thumb:
