November 25, 200619 yr And my day is complete. All we're missing now is USC blowing out Notre Dame to complete the trifecta.
November 25, 200619 yr What bowl will FSU probably end up in? -MPC Computers Bowl in Boise against either Boise State or Nevada. -Emerald Bowl in San Francisco against a Pac-10 team, perhaps along the line of Oregon.
November 25, 200619 yr IMO both Oregon and Boise State would beat FSU If Boise State beats Nevada tonight, I'm guessing Florida State would play Nevada in the Boise Bowl, because BSU would probably end up in the Fiesta. Don't quote me on any of this, though.
November 25, 200619 yr Author I'm pleased that FSU made a game of it and that they were close, but this whole season has been like rubbing salt into a wound for thirteen weeks. Six years ago I never thought I'd see the Noles go 6-6 in a regular season. Once upon a time I'd have had trouble seeing them lose four games.

I was there last year with UM, and look how that turned out. I went into hiding for about 9 months, but came back loud and proud this year. I suggest the same for you.
November 25, 200619 yr IMO both Oregon and Boise State would beat FSU I agree. And what does that say about Florida? Does anyone still believe that Florida has a legit shot to play for the title now if USC loses? I sure hope not......... BTW, both Oregon and Boise St. are terrible in case anyone wanted to know my opinion, and the Pac-10 and SEC as well. If one of your best has trouble beating UK, well then, I don't really know that I need to go on.
November 25, 200619 yr Florida needed some style points for this game. If Notre Dame beat USC I think that the Irish will jump Florida in the BCS and Michigan will be playing Ohio State agian.
November 25, 200619 yr Not the Gator loss I wanted to see, but once again they proved they are not an elite team this year. I commend them for still winning enough to get in the picture, but they in no way shape or form belong in the title game over UM or USC...

November 26, 200619 yr \ If they win next weekend and complete there season with only 1 loss I dont care how many points you win by each week you done something special. No doubt. But they are not good enough to be 1, 2 or 3 at this point...

Sure, but so has Michigan and USC, not to mention Louisville and Ruthers. So at some point how you win has to matter, and no amount of whining about 'sportsmanship' from Urban Meyer should get Florida into the title game.

You give your coach a pass for lying to a kid and pulling his scholarship, but you want to drill a coach like Meyer who thinks his team deserves to be in the title game over Michigan, who already has had their shot at Ohio St, which is debatable.
