No on an app.  It is a long story but no there will never be one.  With that said, you can surf BGP on your iPhone.

All you have to do is go to BGP on your iPhone and login, then you can post/reply. 

The only app I use daily other than work related ones is google maps to check traffic. Everything else I am using my web browser to connect to. 

I must be doing something wrong.  When I go to Bluegrasspreps.com there is no option for me to logon like there is on my iPad.

Top right of the screen, the three horizontal lines, click on that and you can login.
