From what Ive seen so far Crawford has played a great half defensively. Hes really getting after it.

6-13 from a shooting guard is actually pretty good.

First of all, Crawford played better last night. Yes I do watch the games. My criticism of Crawford (and ultimately my support OF ANY CAT) is based on what I have seen.

 

Crawford certainly comes off screens hard WHEN HE IS IN LINE FOR A SHOT!

 

He played a nice game last night and played within himself. Perhaps early on he was just forcing the action a tad. If he lets the game come to him, I think he will be critical to UK success this year.

Crawford needs to get shots no doubt. I think Morris is the 1st option however.

 

I am going to back off on Joe a bit. He played good defense last night and play much more within the offense. If he keeps that up, UK could have a nice inside/out punch.

Yeah I remember it..... He drove to the basket and lost the ball most of the time though. He had to do that because his outside shot was so terrible. I really would like to know what Shidler's FG% was though.

There is a big problem I see with a recruiting class consisting of Woo, Perry, Thomas, and Shagari. I think all 4 could have been deserving of getting a chance out of HS. Just not all 4 the same year. Obviously with Woo and Shagari, you take a chance because of their size. Perry is deserving of a scholarship. Looking back on it, really we should have gotten something else besides Thomas, but we didnt and hes at UK so I just try to make the best of it.

Crawford is a pretty good shooter. Just needs to let the flow come to him. Reminds me of Keith Bogans and he ended up OK.
