But if they were to lose I wouldn't be as down after this loss as normally to USC, because this way I wouldn't have to see the OSU vs UM rematch, because IMO USC would get into the title game then... November 20, 200619 yr USC reminds me of the San Diego Chargers. Very slow starters, great second half team. Their defense did a nice job against a pretty potent Cal offense. Problem is, their offense isn't the quick strike brand they've had in the past, they are more of a grind it out. I like their running game. If they can get an early lead, I like them to win the game. If they allow ND to come out shooting, I don't think they can come from behind in this one.

Actually it should be "Don't get pounded at home by a team that only has one loss, get pounded at home by a team that has lost two games and you have a better chance at the title". Think about it. ND has no chance of playing for the title because Michigan is good and only has one loss. If Michigan was a two loss team the winner of ND/USC would be playing for the National Title. As the kidz would say, "That's whack".
