Anyone see Beechwood as being able to beat CovCath? I know they struggled with Cooper, but the game was at Cooper. I'd say with beating Campbell County at home, Beechwood would also have a shot vs. CCH at home. Anyone agree?

No, not really.

The 9th appears to be a two horse race with everyone else a distant 3rd and beyond.

I do not. I'd expect a margin every bit as wide as the CovCath at Newport game, and probably larger.

Beechwood is going to have Ruthsatz's undivided attention, and that probably isn't good for the Tigers.

No, not really.

100% disagree with this statement. It is only early January and some teams will continue to improve and others will take a step back for various reasons.

I hope this claim proves to be false, as Ive felt that the 9th has been a 2 horse race for the last 2-3 years. Would like to hope that someone, whether it be Beechwood, Highlands, Newport or a late sleeper could come in and provide some excitement.

I hope you are right and I am wrong.

Go Beechwood!

I've only seen CCH play against Highlands (early) and last night. They are definitely playing much better right now. If you asked me at beginning of season who wins, I say Beechwood. After last night, not so sure. I will say that Beechwood is young...a lot of talented sophomores. They are going to be tough to beat the next 2-3 years.

No question, and Beechwood can definitely win.
