The middle and high school was fed like champs. I never saw anything about the elementary schools, but would like to see what they had. This isn't necessarily saying it wasn't as good, but just that it wasn't promoted like the others and makes me wonder.

 

Elementary schools are not at the same location. All 3 had power the entire day

I think she made a much bigger deal of it than it really was.

 

If she didn't want her kids there, she could have just gone and picked them up. Many parents didn't have that opportunity since they were on the way to work or at work already.

 

There were also several homes without power in the area.

Thanks, the school did the right thing and like I said in the first post the kids probably had fun with it. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill.
