Campbell/Ryle predictions

Featured Replies

Camels will win this one by atleast a touchdown. There passing game will be to much for Ryle's defense.

CC will take this one. Ryle is suceptible to the pass and CC is pretty good against the run. I think those are the difference makers. Even so it'll be pretty close right untill the end.

Not so fast my friend. Last time I checked, Ryle handled CC in the regular season with relative ease. I think they are better than they were at that time, but so is Ryle. I'll agree that Ryle has been susceptible to the pass, especially the big play at times this year. And with a WR like Griffin, I'm sure he'll make some plays even if we do cover him well. But Ryle won't be stopped on the ground, at least not by Campbell Co. Boone and Farris are a one man show, stop Farris, stop Boone. But if you stop Murray, Gray will beat you, and then Schmitz sneaks in every once and a while. It didn't happen the first time, and it won't happen this time either. Should be a dandy of a ballgame to watch. Two complete contrasts in terms of the styles of each team.

yeah ive heard of both Ryle's running backs, and have seen them play. Boone's is better. Campbell will be tough on defense, they wont let them run over them. Two great teams goin to battle it out. The first game, Campbell wasnt playing there game, this game will be different. Both teams have gotten alot better. Ill take my Camels by 10

I like the Ryle duo in Gray and Murray in a ball controlled game. If Ryle keeps the ball out of the high powered offense of the camels they win. I predict 21-14 Ryle.

CC was able to move the ball 2 times in the first game. 2 decent drives. One ended in a fumble. What can CC do different to move the ball against Ryle's defense?

Good news, Raider fans. We have received the Sandman32 kiss of life. He's been wrong every time he picks against the Raiders this year. It's gonna be a great night for orange and black.

Ryle will continue their march to the final.

I agree.

Same they did against Boone and Ryle will find out vs. the first game. CC has a strong choice at #2 receiver. Studer, Fry AND Franzen (who was injured in the 1st Ryle game). Ryle can double on Griffin all it wants, their coverage on #2 and #3 will have a mismatch on the field.

CC will have to cover up the ball and if they control the fumbles vs. the first game, this takes out a couple Ryle scores. Ryle does a very good job at stripping the ball on tackles.

Still will be a great game. Better yet, No One on this site gave Camels any note through the year. Camels is the team no one really wants to play if given the choice. I think Campbell has a real chance, the difference is will they be satisfied with the win over Boone or are they still hungry.

I don't think that's true.

Or Farris, the region's leading rusher

Where is Ryle's leading rusher on this list?

OOO great info,if Ryle would give the ball to just Gray or Murray they would end up with 2000+ yrds!!:thumb:

I don't think that's true.

come on you know its true. but we like it like that

No it isn't true. Dixie fans said Dixie would win it, Ryle fans were for Ryle, BC fans for BC, and CC fans for the Camels. Outside sources say Ryle and have said Ryle all along. Prove something.

Ryle will shut down the most overated QB/WR combo in recent years just as they did the first game.

Ryle's QB's first game he played this year was against C.C and showed rust, I look for him to really play big now that he's fully customed to the offense.

Too much Ryle RB'S, and Stingy D for the Camels.

Not to mention Ryle has the best Kicker in NKY behind CCH's.

I'll take Ryle at home, considering we went into the Camels backyard and beat there behinds 34-7.

Since I've not seen either the Raiders or the Camels play this year, I cannot make a prediction. But I am pulling for the Camels. Perhaps its the underdog thing; perhaps is the Campbell County connection; or perhaps its the Campbell County story of rising from the ashes. I don't know. But I'd really like them to win. Best of luck to both teams but Go Camels.
