So you could think about it this way. If Marvin kicks field goals both times and they make both field goals, the Bengals are still one point better off by going for it both times.

If Marvin kicks field goals both times and they make both field goals, the Bengals are still one point better off by going for it both times. That was not a tough decision on that call because that would have been a very low chance for a FG that would have been 53 or 54 yards with the winds today. The first one would have been almost like an extra point and would have got on the board first.

October 28, 20187 yr He couldn’t believe that Marvin didn’t challenge Boyd’s play but I thought it was obvious the ball was short. The ball definitely reached the goal line. He failed to notice Mixons hand hit out of bounds first though.

October 28, 20187 yr That long TD pass to Desean Jackson was on Bates, not William Jackson. Jackson released him to the inside but Bates had run up on an inside receiver and by the time he saw Desean it was too late.
